Free hardware diagnostic tests are performed on all computers serviced. If computer components fail this testing, the customer is contacted and a further course of action is discussed. If no repair is requested, there is no " bench fee " charged.
New Flat Rate for 2012 = $85
New flat rate on all service. Virus removal, tune up, transfering your docs from an old computer to a new one. One labor rate covers everything. Either I can fix it for $85, or I can't fix it.
30 day warranty on all service. If the customer is unsatisfied, or they have other issues during the first 30 days, simply return for further service. NO CHARGE ( does not include hardware failures )
One day turn around on Most Jobs !!!
Drop Off one day, pick up end of day next day.
